Terms of Service

By accessing or using Xprty ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. Xprty is operated by Xprty (xprty.online).

Xprty is an online marketplace that connects users ("Clients") with vetted industry professionals ("Experts") for 1-on-1 consultation sessions. Xprty provides the platform and payment infrastructure; it does not itself provide professional advice and is not liable for the content of any session.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Xprty.
• By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Sessions are booked and paid for in advance through the Platform. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Xprty does not store your payment card information.
• A 10-minute satisfaction guarantee applies: if you are not satisfied within the first 10 minutes of a session, you may request a full refund.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a session are eligible for a full refund.

Experts listed on Xprty have passed our vetting process. However, Xprty does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any advice given during a session. Sessions are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

• Impersonating any person or entity.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Recording sessions without explicit consent of all parties.
• Attempting to circumvent platform fees or payment systems.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening any Expert or Xprty staff.

All content on the Xprty platform — including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of Xprty or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Xprty does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xprty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if Xprty has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Xprty reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Experts, or the Platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
